Always loved the look of this car, admired them from afar until came time to buy a car. Fell in love, love, love with the car on a test drive. The handling and acceleration are sweet! Just felt so great in this car, felt like it fit me like a glove. I'd test driven a lot of cars, but no car felt as great as the LS. So I bought one! I bought the V8 because I really wanted the responsive engine performance. Love, love, love my car!! No disappointments. I do not experience any body lean on curves - it goes around curves flat. Have had the car for about a year and a half - no surprises, no repairs. It's a great car for a long road trip, so comfortable. Lincolns and Mercurys always love hills, and LS is no exception. And if you need to pass or change lanes quickly to avoid a slow car while going uphill, you've got what it takes under the hood and more - I was frustrated with the response of our 6 cylinder car on quick lane changes where the car was slow to respond - the LS no problem. Just a tap on the accelerator and you are where you want to be. My husband used to like his Saab with the "feel of the road" - I don't want to feel every bump on the road - now he says "let's take your car" every time. And yes, you can turn off the driver's seat movement.
