I just got my speakers! It took eleven days. What was I thinking all the delays in the mail! Their packaging was great. I have to say I am very happy with their service.
I stopped by their site on October 19th and found a really great deal on a pair of computer speakers. I ordered them, paid by credit card, and received the email of order confirmation.
Eleven days later the package arrives. Wonderful! I am pleased with my purchase and the price I had paid.
This is why I am updating now:
*If you use them, be on the alert that they take a while for shipping. I will write another review later on the speakers or another about how long it took for the speakers to get here.**
Customer service? I have received a confirmation back from them that my package was on its way. Very easy to deal with and I am glad to report they answer within the 24 hour period. It was my online service that didn't get the first email out to them.
They have great specials on site with great and fantastic prices. You will be amazed at some of the goodies. I went back to shop for more gifts for the holidays!
