The Bottom Line Need More Write-Offs...
Hello everyone, this is the first time I am participating in a write-off. I have been reading and enjoying a lot of write-offs lately, and was waiting for something to put my thought on. I hope that you all like what you read. I am also hoping to not bore you out of your mind. Here is the link to Puckmugger's explanation of the write-off and his questions to go by and then his entry link: Questions: http://www.epinions.com/content_4427194500 Answers: http://www.epinions.com/content_4427260036 1. What are your favorite sports to watch on television? I like to watch Football, Tennis, Soccer, and sometimes Baseball. I do not like basketball that much because I get sleepy watching it. 2. How often do you watch sports on television? I usually watch most of the Football games and a little bit of Tennis and Soccer, but rarely watch Baseball. 3. What are your favorite sports to watch live? I would have to go with Football. I just love those people trying to beat up each other for a ball. 4. How many live sporting events do you typically attend annually? As of yet, I have not attended a single Football or Soccer games. I would like to though very soon. 5. What organized team sports have you ever participated in previously? In middle school I was in the Soccer team (was not that good but made the team). In high school I joined the Martial Arts club. No one actually knows this but I studied Martial Arts for 6 years, but I am getting lazy now. Have to start back up again. 6. What organized individual sports have you participated in previously? Individual . Hmm Well, during my high school years, I attended a Martial Arts dojo and I attended a tournament (did not win though). I guess you can call that individual. 7. What pick-up sports have you participated in previously? I would have to go with Tennis and Badminton. I learned to play in high school and just loved it. Ah the good old days! 8. What sports or outdoor activities do you currently participate in? I like to go running or walking with my wife. Do not have a choice though. I am picking up a little weight, so why not. 9. How often? We usually go in the evenings when it is cooler. I would say every other day. 10. Is there any sport that you wish you could participate in now? I wish was had a swimming pool because I just love swimming. I can never get enough of swimming. 11. Whats keeping you from doing it? See number 10. Do not have a pool or one close enough. 12. If your fairy godmother was going to give you all the skill and a job in pro sports, what sport would you play? Football, because I would like to tackle one of those big guys and also get tackled myself, once in a while. Have not tried the real tackle Football yet though. 13. What team and position (if relevant)? I would like to play for the Green Bay Packers. I think I would make a good quarter back (at least that is what I think). 14. What beer would you promote as a sports celebrity? (OK, that was just to make certain Bruguru, Marty and Fuche participate) I can not say, because I do not drink. I am serious man. I have not even tried any sort of alcoholic beverages. 15. What brand would you promote? Adidas would be the one. I like their gear. 16. Do you have any sports heroes? Who are they and why are they your heros? Steven Young (was quarter back for the SF 49ers). I do not really know why he is my hero, but he was a damn good quarter back. 17. If you could invent a new sport, no matter how absurd, what would it be? I would like be combine Football with Martial Arts and see what happens. It would probably end in a lot of guys with broken bones, but hey, it is worth a try. Well, there you have it, my very first participation in an actual write-off. I hope you like it. Thank you for reading. And most of all, thank you Puckmugger for hosting this write-off. |
