I love this site! This is the first place I come for up to date information on olympics, NHL statistics, and other useful information greatly displayed in an interesting fashion. The first thing you see as you browse this site at the very top are links to the whole ESPN network: including epsn.com, abc sports, fantasy and insider. From going up on the site, to browsing down, you will see these following features (which I will describe in detail):
THE NETWORK:
Every wanted to go to your favorite hockey teams website but do not know the address? Well worry not now, for NHL.com has links to all of the teams websites in the National Hockey League! From Anaheim to Washington, your bound to find one that interests you. Alongside this is the Affiliate sites: to the AHL, ECHL, and NHL Auctions. Also, in a very convenient spot is a search engine, which you can quickly search the entire site in respect to what you want to find.
The Middle of the page has the most recent information. Todays headline (along with a pic) includes "Belfour Wins Showdown" including a link to the full story. Below this is:
TODAY BEST:
Which "...brings you the best news, notes and quotes on the web.". Todays feature is called Ice Age and changes daily. It is a great feature which is very interesting and important in the world of hockey.
