The Adobe Air HeatStream Alert Instant Heater 3000 30H50 can really heat things up. This little heater knows how to warm up a room. I did not have heat in the room I stay in; therefore, I needed to purchase something that would keep things warm during the colder part of the season. I was not interested in spending a great deal of money on a heating source because I live in Texas and it does not stay cold here for very long, but I did want something that works. I chose this model because the design is compact and the price is very reasonable.

Product Description:
The durable little heater is a compact floor standing model. The power source is electric which makes it an economical way to heat a room. This unit has two power settings -1250/1500 watts. The size of my room is roughly 12 X 24 and this heater provides optimal heat for this area. I really like the fact that there is a thermostat control on this unit. I can set the thermostat to a temperature I am comfortable with and it distributes the heat evenly and effectively. Another good thing about this product is that it heats up very quickly for instant comfort. It takes less than five minutes. It also operates very quietly so there is no annoying sound to get used to.

Safety Features:
The heater is constructed sturdily. It is housed in a metal casing, which in my opinion is much safer that plastic. This unit has audible as well as visual alarms that indicate system activation. It also has a dual protection safety system that automatically shuts the heater off in the event of a tip over or overheating. This is a great feature to have if you have a pet around that could potentially knock it over.

Price and Availability:
I bought my heater at Wal-Mart for about sixty dollars. I have seen them at Home Depot and target so they are not all that hard to find. Sixty dollars may sound a little steep for something so small, but it is well worth the money. It is an excellent heat source and the safety features make it well worth the money spent. I have had mine for two months now and am very happy with the results.
