Here is the rundown on Back to Basics Toys. Delivery speed was slow in fact it was two days after Christmas when my order arrived although they had two weeks and I paid for express shipping. Order accuracy was dead wrong. They didn't send two of the items I ordered. Customer Service???? I don't think that they actually have that or know what it is. Overall satisfaction is negative. Back to Basics Toys stinks!!
