They also go by the name thebookpros on Ebay...Sent book back and have been waiting more than a month for a refund of over $133 for a book. After 5 emails, no response until I notified Ebay to file a claim. This is the only thing that got there attention. I still have been waiting over a week to get my money refunded to my bank, still no refund. This is the worse experience for online transaction I have ever had, (which I've had hundreds) I would only recommend them to my worse enemy! lol
I do not know why there customer service can not be more helpful, or why they do not respond back to emails. They also are not listed in any phone directories under thebookpros or under superbookdeals. This should tell you something! They must have so many dissatisfied customers that they need to have several different names and unlisted numbers. It only makes common sense that if you continually treat your customers second rate or cause them to have bad experiences that, bad news travels fast. Much more people will tell you of their bad experience than the good ones.
I guess next time I should do more research on a company that I am buying from. I guess I think that most businesses are going to take care of you... (shame on me!)
