I've been drinking the ABB Energy & Alertness Formula, Extreme Speed Stack Dietary Supplement for approximately two-weeks. Sometimes I feel like I'm always trying a new energy drink to give me an extra boost in the gym but recently I've attempted to increase the amount of weight I am lifting and wanted to get a little extra since working out at O'dark thirty in the morning can be a real bear.
Appearance:
Weight lifters and most body builders recognize ABB and their line of dietary supplements since they have been around for a while. ABB Energy & Alertness Formula comes in a 22 fluid ounce bottle that is designed for easy handling and drinking. The decorative and appealing plastic bottle has a large opening and four gripes for your hand. In all honesty this bottle is appealing as it boast the ingredients and the ABB eagle insignia.
Taste:
The problem with most supplements drinks isn't what goes into them; it's how they taste. This drink does not taste bad, just remember to shake well before drinking it and refrigerate any remaining drink. If you don't shake well, you will taste the tiny granules that make up this supplement ingredients. Even then it reminds me of a sweet tea that needs to be stirred. It should be noted that this is one of the better tasting energy supplements on the market.
Results:
This stuff works giving me the energy and pep my body needed for a full two-hour workout. I like the fact that there were only 10 calories with a whopping 22 fluid ounces of supplement. I experienced no ill side affects and highly recommend this to athletes looking for a little extra energy.

When taken together, these supplements ramp up your energy levels and turn up your fat-burning furnace. The heavy hitting ingredient caffeine binds to fat cells, increasing their removal and inhibiting their storage. While no research has been done yet on all of the ingredients together, anecdotal evidence is extremely positive.
