I recently ordered the Cal King 10" Mattress with 2 pillows. There was definitely a smell for the first couple day. Both my wife and I smelled it. Also, it was too firm at first for me and that was hard to get used to. No “sleeping hot” problems at all. We've had it now for 2 weeks and my wife still smells it a little. I don’t smell anything anymore. She says it smells like dirty socks to her, but she has a VERY sensitive nose and this doesn't alarm her too much since she often smells things other people don't.

The ordering and shipping experience was good. I ordered it on a Monday late at night and it arrived the following Monday - on schedule. It was a little hard to unwrap, but it was WELL protected in heavy plastic.

As I mentioned before, at first I found it too firm and wasn't sure if I was going to keep it. But after some adjustment, I really like it. Also, it seems to have significantly softened since I got it. I sleep very soundly and wake up feeling great. My wife likes it too and we are very happy with the purchase.
