You make the call! Jonnie Miller has written up her first write-off on Epinions, and I wanted to show my support by writing up an entry. If you want to join too go here: Jonnie's Write-Off ------------------------------------------------------- 1. Once you heard about epinions, did you join? Right away actually. I joined the same day, and put up a review that same afternoon. It was really cool to see the hits come in and actually SEE the money that those hits were creating in my account. I still wasn't very active then though, and looking back... wow... I could have been rich if I had written more often ;) 2. Once you joined, did the "wheels start turning" and the writer in you emerge? I have always liked to write, but yet the wheels did start turning faster. As I wrote more and more, I like to think that the reviews started getting better, and I started to become proud of my contributions to the site. 3. Do you find yourself sleeping less? Yes I did. When you could actually see the hits and pennies in your account with each read, it was really cool to be able to log in during the middle of the night and see what had accumulated there. Looking through my reviews and the stats, I am sure I lost more than a couple of hours of sleep. 4. Have you called in sick at work or quit your job altogether? As a result of Epinions? No I haven't done either of those. 5. Is your house a mess? Hmmm... I would say yes to that question, but it is more from a lack of motivation than anything else. Anyone want to volunteer and come help me with it? 6. Have you developed PC spread? (your rear end is now hanging over the sides of your chair) LOL... no it hasn't gotten quite that bad, but when I get in front of the computer I DO end up taking a snack with me...the longer I am there the more snacks though. 7. If you haven't quit your job, do you find yourself pretending to be working, but you are really reading and writing epinions? Every single break I have, I am on the site reading/rating/writing. Addicted much? Yes. 8. Do you see signs that your spouse/boyfriend/girlfriend/roommate has been there but you haven't really talked to them lately? Sorry -NA- for this question. 9. Are TV dinners what's on the menu again tonight? That or fast food that I can pick up on my way home. ;) 10. Do you even get dressed anymore? LOL... yeah it is unfortunate, but I go out everyday into the world, and I won't EVER do it, even just to the store, without taking a shower. Well that was fun! I hope more people join in on the fun as well! :)
