I am very dissatisfied. It took seven days before my order left their warehouse.

This is my first time using the Inkjet Superstore Online and I have to say I am very disappointed. I placed my order 7 days ago and I just received an email saying the my order was shipped out today! The site claims that 99% of orders placed before 3pm PST ship the same day yet concedes that rarely there may be a up to a 2 day delay. My order took 7 days (5 business days) to ship. That is just absurd. How long does it take to fulfill an order? The worst part is that I am located on the east coast so I still have at least 4-5 days shipping before my ink arrives. I will have waited 2 weeks. I am also frustrated that I did not receive any emails indicating a delay in fulfilling my order, to the contrary I received an email immediately after I placed my order assuring me that the order was being process and should ship shortly.
Nonetheless, the deal breaker was their customer service department. I called customer service to ask about the delay and why I wasn't notified etc. because at this point I am pretty desperate since I stupidly waited until the last minute to order ink and am completely out -- To say that the Inkjet Superstore customer service was less than helpful is an understatement. I haven't even tried an ink cartridge yet and I am already certain that I will never purchase from this site again. I probably would have given them a second chance had their customer service representative been at all helpful and/or sympathetic.
