I have bought numerous items off J&R and have been consistantly satisfied every single time. Let me go over the main points with you.
Website
The J&R website is somewhat confusing and sometimes the prices are not updated on the website. If you are going to order from J&R, I highly suggest doing it by phone. The website has lots of content and a huge selection of items, so you should use it to see exactly what you want to buy. They have so many items on hand, you should definatly comparison shop.
1-800 Number
When I buy from J&R, I always use the 1-800 number they have set up. Its less confusing than the website, and the sales reps are very nice and informed. If you have any questions, you can ask them right over the phone and they will always know.
Prices
The prices are wonderful. I have bought 4 items off of J&R, and each time I am wonder over how they can sell the item at 20% less than anywhere else that I can find.
Customer Service
The customer service at J&R is amazing. Everybody on their staff is incredibly well informed and can answer absolutly any question you have about any of their products. There is almost no wait to be connected to a customer service rep as there usually are with big stores.
Delivery/Shipping
The delivery time is incredible, usually the items I order are shipped that very day. Not only that, but they actually come on time! There are plenty of shipping options and they are all priced very reasonably.
