Is there any chance of your being able to do this?
Perhaps, there is a lighthouse keeper in your area who would like to take a few days off for a vacation, and this might happen to be when you have a few days off for vacation.
As a police officer, you probably have a lot of the training it would take to do this already and would just need to be filled in on a few extras!
