No returns on headrail color - good experience otherwise

I didn't see anywhere you could specify the headrail color. Most of my shades came with a light gray headrail (they were blue). My red shades came with a beige headrail. Yuck! Customer service contacted me via email quickly, but said I would need to pay to have the headrail hardware exchanged. I bought a lot of shades here, so I am a bit annoyed that I dropped so much cash and can't get the ugly shades exchanged at no cost. On the other hand, the site saved me a lot of money. The place was a little over 1/2 of what a local vendor quoted me (for the shades + installation). The web site was easy to use and placing the order was easy. The shades all fit per my measurements. No shades were damaged during shipping. Of the eleven shades that I ordered, I only had the mismatching headrail problem with 2 of the shades. I guess I am pretty happy, given the money I saved over buying them in a local shop. Just note that their returns and exchanges policy is very strict. Also, my shipment was delayed twice, but I was notified promptly both times that they were on backorder. The shipment arrived as expected when the final UPS tracking number was emailed.
