The equipment did not work. The package itself was in excellent condition, but there was an internal problem. After contacting HP tech support I was informed to send it back to P.C. Richard. I followed the instructions on the website, received authorization to return almost immediately, printed the UPS label and received full credit to my account within a very short period. It is unfortunate that the equipment was defective, but the service I received was exceptional.
