A terrible rip-off. No product, no service, no refund.

I ordered from iKitchen and never received an update on the order status. After two weeks I emailed them and the response was "by the end of this week or early next week". I received the same response 3 weeks later when I emailed them again. Finally, 60 days after my credit card was billed, I cancelled the order. I emailed them and was told a 4 days later that the refund had been issued. Still no credit to my account. I intend to sue them for a refund and expenses to fly to Brooklyn if they do not respond. If anyone knows a real name of anybody that works there, post it here. I don't know if their president, David Balas, even exists.
