Let me start by saying I hate to trash a company but this one deserves it so very very much.
I bought a fan motor. (48 bucks)
Status shown on order was "back ordered" after 3 days.
Called and ask if it was back-ordered, they said yes so I cancelled it
I was told order was canceled so I purchased elsewhere.
I received part even though order was canceled.
I was told I still had to pay for shipping!
I sent an email asking for RMA instruction.
I Never heard back from them and when I called 3-4 weeks later, they said that even though I emailed request, that I had to CALL so I could not return the part.


Bottom line:

Go to Sears to get your parts. you will be much happier with the service than this shady operation.  you have been warned!
