Just wanted to let everyone know how rude and bad there customer service department is from a standard representive to a supervisor. I ordered a pair of glasses from them on October 20, 2008 and have not received by order. I have called there and was informed that the FDA made them hold all glasses. Sometime last week i called and was told that they received the okay to send them out and they were going to have someone come in on Saturday to start processing the 4000 glasses. When i called today and spoke to the supervisior she was so rude and told me that i was lying that nobody never informed me of that. I asked to get a full refund due to the fact of the headaches this has caused and due to the fact that i never received the glasses she informed me only 50%. I give this place a VERY VERY BAD REVIEW.
