The Bottom Line Diet? What's that?

1. What is your current Weight? (optional)

Isn’t it against religion to ask a woman her weight? J/K
I don’t mind answering. I weigh in between 120 and 123, depending on if I’ve had my Peanut M&M’s that day.

2. What is your goal weight, or how many pounds do you want to lose?

I don’t really want to loose anything. I happen to be happy with my body. Thank you very much.

3. Are you currently on a diet regimen? If so, which one?

Nope, and never will be because I simply don’t gain weight at an advanced pace no matter what I eat. I have weighed the same for about 9-10 years now. Unless I start having more problems with my heart, I plan to eat the way I eat for many years to come.

4. When did you begin your current plan and how's it going so far?

N/A

5. What other diets (if any) have you tried in the past? What were the results?

N/A

6. Do you include exercise with your diet? If so what activities or workouts are you performing?

I don’t diet but I do eat pretty healthy. I usually work out 3-4 times a week simply because I have always been involved in some kind of activity and know no better. Running 3-4 times a week and hitting the weights is most common with me. I cycle and play tennis also, but less than I used to because work is way to busy.

7. What was your most dramatic weight loss?

Can’t say that I’ve had one.

8. Have you ever gained back the weight after a diet? If so why?

N/A

9. Out of the following: Neck, arms, legs, calves, abs, shoulders, back, chest...which do you feel is most defined?

My legs and calves are toned thanks to dancing for years, rowing, running, and cycling. My arms, back, shoulders, and chest are in good condition because of rowing and weight lifting. Overall, I probably would go with my legs and back.

10. Which area from the above mentioned do you feel needs the most work?

None. All of my body parts are pretty toned and to the same degree thanks to many activities over the years.

11. What is your impression of the "real women" ads you see on billboards advertising skin care products (women in white bras and underwear posing and smiling)?

I think a lot of the problems young girls experience these days with weight issues can be attributed to those billboards with the to skinny girls advertising whatever they are advertising. Everyone has it in their heads that they have to be skinny to be accepted. I myself could care less about being accepted by others as long as I am happy with myself. It’s nice to see a slight change these days and seeing models and some actresses showing off their curves instead of their bones.
