I had placed 2 orders within an hour of each other as I had coupons that made it a better deal to place 2 separate orders instead of one combined order. Well I recieved one order today in the mail which was fairly quick (4 business days) and the other order still says "processing". All the items are listed as "in stock". The order was placed 4 days ago. I sent an email over 48 hours ago inquiring about it and now again one today with no response. I looked for a phone number to call and surprisingly they don't have a customer service phone number! Just horrible. Well the order that I recived today on the invoice is a customer service number! 1-866-886-4725. I called and was connected to a real person within 30 seconds what relief! The customer service agent was going to release the order and ship it out overnight express at no extra charge due to their delay and appologized. The following day my order was mailed out overnight express. Still confused as to why this phone number isn't on their website!! Don't waste time emailing just call them they are slow to respond on emails and I still haven't recieved a reply to my online inquiries.
