What I wouldn't go through to meet you people...

Thanks to Epinions for everything. I had a great time, despite missing 2/3 of it.

Too bad you missed most of it, but I'm glad to learn you enjoyed what you could regardless. I'm taking the plunge and going to the Vegas M&G next month. It'll be my first time in that city, so I'll be making a long weekend out of it.

I look forward to the Haunted Vegas tour, of course....

I hope next time I'm in Vancouver we'll get a chance to meet up again.

Good to meet you.

Take care.

I missed it. With a little more advance warning I would have gone (and then on across the border and the travails of returning to the land that the Department of Homeland Security has made feel so secure... for those who have a stake in Halliburton...)

Lisa!!!

I wasn't completely in my right mind that day anyway. I forgot my camera (I was going to bring it). A group shot would have been nice, though I'm not sure where we would have done that, given the lighting situation.

It would be lovely to see you in the springtime if you all make it up this way. I'll definitely let you know if I'm in Bellingham for more than just a drive-by.

Hey Ander!

It was nice meeting you too. Yes, that would have been a bit out of my way, considering my dinner situation and everything, but thanks for the tip for next time!

A Vancouver one would be cool. I know I'd go for it! Epinions, you listening??

No fair using my own joke against me, Tom. :-)

There should be an Iowa get-together in Davenport the week between Christmas & New Year's. Now *that* I would go to.

Hey Soren

It depends on when you get back to Norway, of course. :-)

Too bad you couldn't make it. That'll teach you to not go to the Member Center occasionally. :-)

It was really nice to finally meet you!

It was surprising to my spouse that I took such few pictures, but it was obvious that the wall of windows and my camera weren't compatible. Glad I was able to get a few okay shots. Darn, we should have taken a group shot! Oh well. Hey Dave, no worries about weight, personality is much more important!

Bummer about Greyhound and the border deal. Our dance team used to attend a competition in Abbotsford, BC, Canada, that was until the border issues became excessive to deal with. Our family is overdue for a Vancouver region visit, but it will probably be Spring time. We will have to arrange a meet and greet then! Or... if your family is ever in the Bellingham or other Pacific Northwest area, let me know!

It was nice to meet you for maybe half a minute or so!

There is a newstand next to Pike Place Market that probably would have had the magazine you were looking for. It would have been a biiiit out of your way (maybe eight or ten blocks) but not too bad.

Maybe they might have another M&G up in Vancoover... :)

Well, we'll just have to make up for it when you get up to Vancouver. :-)

It's always great to meet someone on my WOT!

And that Turkish wrap was a great buy. It's gone on a lot of trips with me over the past ten years... including an overnight wait at the Turkish/Georgian border.
