Summary of events:
10Oct08- I place an order with Botach
16Oct08- I email Botach asking for a status on the order
17Oct08- Botach emails me that the items are on backorder, they should receive them shortly and will send me shipping information as soon as possible.
23Oct08- Botach charges my M/C for $312.29
23Oct08- Botach emails me that the items have shipped via UPS with a delivery date of 29Oct08
29Oct08- UPS website shows the order never left Botach
29Oct08- I email Botach informing them that UPS says the order never left Botach and ask for an order status update
29Oct08- Botach emails me saying the items are still on backorder and will arrive soon
6Nov08- I email Botach and ask for an order status update
6Nov08- Botach emails me saying they just received word that they would receive the items in approximately 8 weeks
6Nov08- I email Botach telling them that I wanted a refund, especially when they charge me for an order on 23Oct08 that they now estimate will be delivered in Jan09
10Nov08- Botach emails me saying they will cancel my order and refund my money, they also ask if I want to replace the order items with another one of their products
10Nov08- I email Botach and tell them I do not want any other products, just my refund
17Nov08- I still haven't received a refund from Botach and I haven't received any of the items I ordered
17Nov08- I filed complaints with my CC company, the LA BBB, the California AG, and the FTC.
