This was the easiest mortgage process I've ever experienced in over 30 years of filling out such applications. You are assisted every step of the way. If you so choose virtually everything can be done on line and the directions are straight forward and understandable. Customer service is very high grade I rate it as truly outstanding. People are very knowledgeable. Rates are highly competitive!" Website is extremely easy to use; lots of beneficial information. Site gives you the ability to start and complete an application in one session or over a period of days, very convenient. You can select from a wide variety of mortgages that best fit your needs they identify all fees and closing costs. What they say they will provide is what they actually do provide. They will even monitor rates for you and email you price movements on the loans you might be interested in using. They are patient and without harassment. I started monitoring loans through their service by email, but didn't choose a loan for over 60 days, still no pressure just great service and assistance. In a time when everyone is concerned that mortgages or refinances cannot be obtained they quickly demonstrated that banks are lending and guided me through the process with ease.
