My most recent story about a horrific brick and mortar shopping experience is enough to lead most to online shopping. I am still waiting to see if the store will make amends, prior to posting an epinion. Granted the opinion/editorial will need to be placed in the writers corner (or perhaps I could review the website, as I have shopped there, and add a blurb about how the associate mistreated us, and other details).

I AGREE completely... I love shopping online. It's so much easier than shopping in stores. You don't know what you're missing until you've been given the opportunity to buy online:)
