Scam Artists! Be Careful!

I was a customer of Vonage since they started and have finally gotten so fed up with their service that I decided to cancel my account. They refused to refund me money that was owed to me and refused to cancel my account. I finally had to contest the charges through my bank.
I was actually on a phone call with their operator and had to repeat over and over again, "I WANT TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT!"
This company is in terrible financial and legal shape and they're taking it out on their customers....
