Don't buy a panasonic microwave

Mine broke down this november (I bought it in March), not really used it that much. What is more, it broke down for no apparent reason, it simply given a code in the display and refuses to work for more than half a minute. To top it of, Panasonics customer service is uniquely unhelpful. They first set you up with one of the automatic telephone assistances, who say they understand you but really don't. After that they want you to drive for miles (living in Manhattan, I don't have a car) for miles to bring it to their service center. No reimbursement, no solutions etc. To summarize: don't buy a Panasonic microwave, you will regret it.
