Easy Checkout, Horrible Customer Service

Last night I ordered a Chi flat iron, and today I decided to cancel my order because I found out that I could get a bigger discount from a friend of mine who is a stylist. I called the 800 number and spoke to a man TWICE. The first time I called I stated that I wanted to cancel my order, he said that it would not be a problem because my order had not shipped yet. He said that he would put my cancel through and said "Have a nice day" and HUNG UP ON ME! He didnt even ask me if there was anything else I could be helped with or anything. I called back an hour later and the same man answered (which is kind of odd), I told him that I wanted to make sure my order got cancelled, he said that he is very busy and "thought" he put the cancel in, but would check when he was not busy and told me to have a nice day and hung up on me again. By this time I was furious. I called back immediately and a different man answered, apologized for the other man I spoke too, and told me that he would check to see if my order was indeed cancelled or not. Well it was no surprise when he told me that the man I spoke to before did not cancel my order. This man then said for me to call back in an hour to check again. This kind of customer service is ridiculous and I feel like I am being scammed. These people have all of my information and it is ridiculous that I can not even cancel my order. The only good thing about this website is that the process of actually ordering a product is very easy and quick, but I also had to wonder where they get the retail values, because I spoke to a couple of stylists and they both told me that in no way was my retail value of the Chi straightener $250.00, that that was not correct, and that Chi straighteners themselves never run that high. I think that this website makes up numbers to make you think you are getting a really good deal. My advice would be to research the product you are going to buy on other websites to be sure on this before buying on Folica.com. And my advice to this website is to hire better customer service reps!
