Pros: LEAKS, Repairman said this brand is good for retired people that don't use it (much).

Cons: Unable to repair - customer service is RUDE - Don't buy Fisher/Paykel - JUNK

LEAKS INTERMITTENTLY - TWO SERVICE CALLS IN THE PAST WEEK AND IT DOESN'T LEAK WHEN REPAIR PERSON IS THERE SO NO ONE CAN FIX IT.   CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE 800 NUMBER AND THEY ARE RUDE AS CAN BE.
