The absolute WORST company I have EVER dealt with. Purchased boots for my husband, not inexpensive I might add. Never any communication from the company. I called all week, and could not get through to anyone. I emailed, not any reply. I finally got through today and they CANCELED my order. I asked why I wasn't told, she didn't have an answer. They canceled the order because of a coupon. I asked her why, I would have gladly paid the other $10, that was no problem. She could not tell me. I told her I ordered them in plenty of time, it was unacceptable that they did this. She said she would talk to someone about getting it processed and I told her to forget it, I would take my business elsewhere! I am happy to say that I ordered the boots, I will have them in 3 days, from another company. I am disgusted with this experience. I have dealt with hundreds, if not thousands of companies both through professional business and personal and have never encountered a situation like this before. They need to take a real close look at their customer service. I wonder how much business they've lost due to this and situations like this.
