Absolutely terrible. Quick to bill your credit card, non-existent when it comes to processing orders.

I will never use Home Annex again. I placed an order over the phone 12-4-08 and was told the item would be shipped 12-8-08. By 12-11-08 I was concerned because there were no follow-up e-mails regarding the shipping. I went on-line only to find out I had no order. I called and was told yes I had an order pending, but that the item was on back-order and would be shipped mid-January. I asked why I didn't receive notice. The customer service agent had no answer. I asked to cancel my order. She had to check with her supervisor. I asked if my credit card was billed, she had to check with the credit card department. I was told that yes it was billed, but they would refund my money. I will wait and see. Overall their customer service is horrendous. Each hold lasts at least three minutes, while they check things out. Quick to bill, non-existent when it comes to actually processing the order.
