I ordered the Wii game and got an email...

I ordered the Wii game and got an email saying it was delivered & I'd receive it in 5-10 business days. After 2 1/2 weeks I emailed them saying I hadn't gotten it yet. They emailed back basically saying it takes 5-10 business days... a few more days went by, still no game so I called them. The girl told me she'd send "another" one via UPS and that it'd be no problem, it was in stock and I'd receive an email when it shipped. A few days later I hadn't received an email saying it shipped so I called again. This time, another girl told me it hadn't shipped because "all of the sudden" it's out of stock, busy holidays". I'd ordered this a long time ago, in plenty of time to receive it before Christmas so when she said it would be on back order, etc... I told her to just forget it and cancel the order. I'd better see a credit on my card very soon!
