Awful Customer Service - Never order Online!

Awful experience. We were in Target looking for a particular toy for Christmas. They did not have it and told us they would not have it until after Christmas, so we went to Target online and ordered the item with hopes that it would arrive before Christmas. We happened to be in the same store the next day, and they had it, so we bought it. Upon going to my online Target account, I found out the the item would not even be shipped until a month later, so I decided to cancel the order. They do not give you the option to do that online. I called customer service and they REFUSED to cancel the order. They said all we could do was accept the package, take it back to Target and get our money back. That's ridiculous. I asked to speak to a supervisor. The rep allowed it, but said he would tell me the same thing. After a 15 minute wait, the supervisor agreed to cancel the order and refund my money that instantly went through my bank account. We will see if it really happens. Terrible customer service.
