I recently ordered a Sedu 1" straightener off of folica.com.. They were having a sale where you can get $25 off your purchase of $100 or more so my flat iron only costs me $83.. amazing deal! There is even a free iron holder and a TWO year warranty. I ordered my flat iron on a Tuesday morning and I would have received it the following Saturday but UPS does not deliever on weekends.. so I received it Monday. But still.. it only took folica 3 days to get my order shipped.. pretty fast! One thing I think they should improve on is their customer service.. I believe I emailed their customer service on a Thursday but I did not get a reply until more than a week later.. improvements should be made there.. but hey, at least I got a reply. I say if you really encounter a problem with this company, call them. Talking to one of their representatives will probably give you a more direct answer. Also, the so called live chat isn't even live. Its more like the same thing as emailing them.. you get a response more than a week later. Not very pleased with that feature.. What is the point of saying it's a live chat when a customer service representative isn't even online to give you an answer right away?
Other than that, I'm pretty much satisfied with their service! Definitely recommended :)
