This is a review of AMerisave Mortage Brokerage Services. Overall I found Amerisave to be an easy process and the broker very professional. Email and an 800 number made communication easy. The brokers experience and vision made the process delighful.
Amerisave eliminates the typical mortgage broker nonsense. Paul Jackson was very helpful and diligent to get my loan approved and closed. Working through email speeded up the process and allowed for easy documentation. Even though the email applications made things easy, a 800 number was available to speak directly with a broker. What was unusual was the broker would return calls in a very timely manner. Even the voice mail message said he would return a call within two hours. COmmunication and ease of reaching a person for questions makes the refiannce experience with Amerisave highly recommended.
Not having alot of experience with refinancing, I had alot of questions and had irritated other brokers. Paul was very professional and gave me a feeling that the loan was proceding even when things looked tough. I could tell he had experience and trusted his advice. I call that vision. Seldom is vision experienced in this industry. I say this honestly because I was very tempted to use my first broker for this refiannce. Amerisave won me over as a customer for life.
I would recommend Amerisave to a friend and family for refinancing. Also, I would be interested in using Amerisave to look for auto and hoime insurance.
Overall, I found Amerisave to be a very easy process and the broker to be very professional. Email and a 800 number allowed ease of communication. The professional broker reassured that the loan was proceding and eventually I got a much lower rate. I would recommend Amerisave to anyone - good credit, bad credit - anyone looking for a house or refinance on an existing house.
