Customer Service is the WORST I've ever encountered...ANYWHERE! I received a 10.00 credit for participating in an online survey. I tried to redeem it and the Customer Service person(s)...yes, I talked to many...treated me like a liar and rip-off artist. After repeated attemps on the phone to get this straightened out and being put on hold for 20 minutes everytime, I emailed Mitch Cook, VP OF CUSTOMER SERVICE for a personal reply, only to get a response from another rude person in Customer service. They attached so many stipulations to the credit that it was laughable. The one I liked the most was that I couldn't apply it to a new order, I had to apply it to a "value pay". I never use value pay. After this experience, I have noticed many unhappy customers on this site. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN...PERIOD.
