USPS Click and Ship is cheaper and it actually works.
A link was provided to Stamps.com on the USPS website during a service outage.
I followed this link, downloaded their software, funded a "free trial" account with $50.00 on a credit card.
Tried to print a $31.05 Express Mail International Label and the software failed to send it to my printer.
Called Stamps.com customer service and was told I must mail a form "WITH THE UNUSED POSTAGE LABEL" to request a refund.
Since they only issue refunds to Active Accounts, I cannot cancel the account during the "free trial" and will be forced to pay their monthly service fee until they choose to issue the refund.
At $16.00/mo. this could easily cost more than the label they failed to provide.
BEWARE OF STAMPS.COM BILLING PRACTICES.
