Placed an order for a whopping $16.97 worth of stuff on the 20th of December (Friday), 2008 and selected the free FedEx Saver shipping. On the following day (Saturday) I received a call from a very polite customer service representative who wanted to be certain that I didn't need the order delivered by Christmas and if I had any questions about the order. After confirming that I had selected free 7-10 day shipping and that I really didn't need the order before Christmas I assumed that was the end of it and I wouldn't get the order before at least the 27th. However, despite my order being for such a small amount, Sweetwater still processed and shipped the order right away and it arrived on the 24th (with a small bag of Holiday candy included, no less). Although it was such a small order, Sweetwater seemed to go out of their way to make certain that I was ordering exactly what I needed and that it arrived as quickly as possible. I was pleasantly surprised that Sweetwater checked with me about the order and expected shipping date and was also impressed at how polite the customer service representative was. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with Sweetwater in the future.
