STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!! This is the biggest scam on the Internet. They offer lower prices than most on their website, but send a confirmation email a few days after you have ordered indicating that you have to call to confirm your order. When you do, they attempt to sell you unneeded additional items at inflated prices. I ordered a Canon digital camera from them and was forced to call to confirm. When I did, they tried to have me upgrade to a different model. It turns out that the low priced camera I ordered was a "grey market" i.e. foreign model. The salesman told me the camera I had ordered had no battery and did not have any "firmware" in the camera and would not work as is, and that the documentation would be in a foreign language. He then proceeded to quote me ridiculous prices on items which would be necessary to make the camera work. The site does not say anything about the items being "grey market" or unworking models. About six months later, I was searching for a Canon FS100 videocamera and had forgotten the name of this scam site. Well, I ordered again, and wouldn't you know, here comes the email asking me to confirm. The salesman asked if I had any questions about the camcorder. At this point, I knew it was the same store, and I asked if this was some kind of foreign model. He stated that there were two models to choose from, the grey market and the US model. Of course, they had quoted the price for the grey market model, with no indication on the website. This is a SCAM store full of dishonest, unethical boiler room salesmen. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!
