a month ago i called countrywide to make a payment on the account, since the option was not available on the internet like i'm used to paying. I provided the representative with the new routing number and account number that i'm currently using which she read back to me.  few days later come to find out that they processed the payment with my old bank which did not contain the funds to cover that payment, i've called Countrywide and told them there was a processing error done by their representative, they apoligized and were happy to take the banking info again.  ofcourse the bank has already posted a $70 dollar fee for overdraft even though the payment was not processed, so i have informed countrywide that i want them to pay the bank fee, spoke to the supervisor to have the issue resolved, faxed written note and bank statment, meanwhile they try to run the same payment trough the same bank again which added another $70 fee. which countrywide was informed about once again, and so was the same supervisor. nonthe less i was told by the same supervisor that he sees tha error was done on their part and that  the check will be overnighted to me to cover both overdraft charges. i'm so frasurated because i was lied to repeatedly over and over again.  the check never showed up so i called countrywide yet again and i was told that the error was not their fault and that the latter was sent out stating that, the letter i have never gotten, supposedly it was returned undeliverble to countrywide, which again was another lie because according to them the very letter was sent to the same address that i get my mortage bill every month, so why in the Gods name would the letter be undeliverble??
