Great in the Beginning, Sucks Now

When I first joined Blockbuster online it was $17.00 for 3 out at a time, unlimited store returns and turn around if you returned to the store was one day.
Now about 17 months later its $19.00 for 3 out at a time, limited to 5 store turn ins and the turnaround if you turn a movie into the store is at least 3 days.
I can understand the increase in cost, but the decrease in the service.
When I use the term "turnaround" I mean the time from when you turn the movie in to the time they process it and mail another one back. Not the time the movies spends in transit via the mail system. You would have to add the transit time (2-3 days for me) to get the total time between turning a movie in and receiving a new in its place.
They no longer begin to process a movie it you turn it in to the store, instead they wait until the store mails it back to blockbuster before they begin the process of sending you a new movie.
For me this is unacceptable. It's the old bait and switch routine. They make you think the turnaround will be faster if you turn a movie in to the store when in fact it increases the time before you receive a new movie.
Selection was fantastic in the beginning. Now when I try to rent a new release it receives a status of short wait or long wait. Another bait and switch tactic as far as I'm concerned. It would seem they want you to go into the store and pay to rent the new releases instead of getting them via the online service.
Add the frustration of trying to get new releases from the online system with the long turn around time and you have the reason I'm dropping blockbuster online and trying a different service.
I'm very disappointed in BlockBuster online, once a great service now a poor value and a substandard service at best.
