I purchased this oven a several days ago and loved it but had to return it as I can only assume the wrong accesories were packed with the unit since the rack fit so tight it ripped the metal off inside of rack guides and left tiny spot flecks of metal on food.
(like glitter)

(I figured this out after cleaning it with rag and found spots of tiny metal reflecting on my hands and rag)

It didnt come with a full size cookie sheet as the book and others mentioned so it had to be packed wrong.
It came with a tiny cookie sheet.

It appeared to be factory packed, not used inside at all.

This oven works like a gem, has excellent cooking and capacity but the inside is not coated at all and would be a misery to clean afterwhile without taking the metal off like the rack did.

It gets very very hot (not an insulated model) and did cause interferance with my tv.

Over all I wont go into features as others have done so very well i just wanted anyone who needed to know to look out for the rack make sure it fits properly not too tight. Or you will be eating tiny spots of metal.

Also if rack fits correctly it has no slide stop protector.

And watch for the full size cookie sheet that fits in rack guides it looked nice on display. (indicated in manual as included)

I found the oven too large for my small space and for moving it about and was concerned about cleaning it if the metal comes off in flecks so easily since its not a coated oven.

The stainless outside of oven is very easily marked up and smeared and hard to clean too.

I actually had to use an extension cord on the cord which isnt the safest option but the cord was short for placement I needed which wasnt such an unusual spot just no plug right behind it.
The cord was pretty short compared to my old smaller oven.

Also the handle which looks nice and functions well to keep hands off hot glass, does stick out far from front if you dont have sufficient space to store it.

That said I was sorry to return it it was a very nice cooking and nice looking oven.
