Terrible, 5 days and still haven't shipped, unable to get a customer service rep

Same day shipping? What a joke. Good luck at getting a real person on the phone.
I ordered Monday night. They offer a "guarantee" to ship by noon the next day.
I paid extra for 2 day shipping so I could have the clubs to play over the weekend.
It's Friday and they still haven't shipped my order. I've been trying to reach someone on the phone and have been on hold for over 30 minutes since Tuesday. I tried Tuesday, Wednesday and Today.
Amazingly, they charged my credit card Monday night.
I sent in an email through their website and it took 24 hours for them to acknowledge receipt and that they would return my message in 4 hours. That was Wednesday and I still have no acknowledgement.
I finally got a live person today. He said he didn't know why it didn't ship. I told him I just wanted to cancel the order and he said he couldn't do that. It is curious why if you have a 100% satisfaction guarantee that you cannot even cancel an order that hasn't shipped. I guess they'll have to take that up with the credit card company.
This has been a terrible experience with RockBottomGolf.com and I will never do business with this business again.
UPDATE: Sunday 1/4, 7 days after I order from Rock Bottom Golf. They shipped my order Friday evening, a full 4 days after I placed the order. To add insult to injury, I requested it be shipped 2 day so I could have it Friday 1/1, and they shipped it out on Friday 1/1 via GROUND service. The customer service rep said they would upgrade the shipping. I guess this is their upgrade, going from 2 day to ground.
