This store should be forced out of business!!!! They are the most unprofessional store I have ever dealt with. On 12/19, I placed an order for a Barbie dream house for my 7 year old daughter for the holidays. I had actually placed it with Amazon.com (they are a third party seller for the site). The price was fantastic and I was so excited to be able to get the item that my daughter had wanted. On 12/22 they emailed me to say that the item was backordered and wouldn't be in for 3-4 weeks...they wanted to know if I still wanted it. I emailed them that I still wanted the item. At that point I didn't hear anything from them, so I wrapped up a picture of a barbie dream house and gave it to my daughter for the holidays. She was so excited!!! On 1/1 they emailed me saying they are cancelling my order. I called America Rx and waited over 40 minutes to talk to a customer service rep. She said that they oversold the item and there is nothing that I can do. Not only to they not care about customers but they are unbelievable hypocrites!! According to their return policy, if I were to cancel an order after 6 hours they would charge me a fee. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!
