Alas, I agree there were other Steely Dan albums that should have got surround sound treatment first. My favorite is Can't Buy a Thrill, but Fagen and Becker chose this one. However, their last two Everything must Go and Two Against Nature are both on DVD-Audio, and both have multi channel tracks.

Good list. I have yet to invest in one of these, with the exception of the DualDiscs that have surround sound mixes. Just an observation only...if I had my choice of Steely Dan albums to hear in this format, I would personally go for Aja over Gaucho, since every song on that record is a 10. Gaucho was OK, but not as start-to-finish fantastic as Aja. And I'd probably toss in Fagen's Nightfly for good measure.
