I began online shopping with Cajun Grocer over 4 years ago and have purchased from them 20 times or more. Every single order was well packed (dry ice when needed), shipped quickly, arrived within the specified time and contained the correct items. The only remotely negative thing I can say about them is that their prices on some items are a bit over the top, but the items I do order are fairly priced and I can't find them in my local stores any cheaper (if at all). I love to use Pork Tasso in some of the Cajun style dishes I occasionally prepare and I'd be hard pressed to find it in any store within 50 miles of me..........and I live on the Gulf Coast! They also offer alligator filets, turducken, frozen crawfish tails and a variety of sausages and spices that I enjoy cooking with but are hard to find locally. I've never had a problem with an order so I can't provide an opinion about that side of customer service, but they are very good about providing email notifications regarding order confirmation, order shipping and tracking numbers. Cajun Grocer has always been a pleasure to shop with and they have come through every single time.
