I recently bought a Pioneer DV-48AV DVD Player from Vanns.com. I was very impressed with the speed in wich my order was expidited. I was very pleased with their comunications with me, recieving emails to indicate exactly what was going on with my order and the tracking info once it had been shipped. Then when I did recieve my order, I could tell it was carefully packed, to make sure it was not damaged while being shipped. It was exactly what I expected. I have ordered things online from other companies, and I have not had an experience this good for a long time!! I would not hesitate to use Vanns again or refer my friends to them. Eventually, I'd like to get a bigscreen (46"-52") LCD flat scrren tv. I'll probably use Vanns.com just because I know they will pack it to protect it during shipping, I'll get it as soon as possible, and, with their free shipping on most items, it won't cost me any more. Plus, with their prices, I'll probably save money as well. Thank-You to everyone at Vanns!! I love my new DVD Player!!! I'll looking forward to doing business with you in the future!!!
