Netflix is an online DVD rental company with thousands of movie titles to rent. You just sign up, minimum service per month is $8.95 which entitles you to one movie at a time and as many as you can watch in a month. They offer several types of programs depending on how many DVD's you want sent at one time. They send you one movie, you send it back (free of charge) and they immediately send you out another title from your list. That's the service plan I chose. You get to choose the movies you want from thousands of titles. They offer titles according to movie types (comedy, drams etc.) which makes it easier to go through the lists or just type in the title if you know it and it will pop up and you can just click on add to list or you may chose to watch it now on your computer or TV. I personally have never done this yet.
Excellent delivery speed. They also let you know when they have received the DVD in the mail and when your new one is shipped out.
The local DVD rental stores in our area never seem to have the title I want in stock. I got tired of running all the way to the store when I can just go online and order with a click. It couldn't be any easier. I find it cheaper then renting movies through our cable company. That can get expensive.
If you have a problem with a DVD they will replace it asap, no problem. So far all the DVD's have been very good quality.
So far I am very pleased with the price and the customer service and delivery time.
