I found and read the LA Weight Loss reviews online and some things are true, but the reviews made to seem a lot worse than reality. Using the "at work" plan I actually gained weight over the years. I was always hungry, even after eating all my points and flex points.
Don't get me wrong, LA Weight Loss is very expensive, but it works. To paraphrase a commercial, "When is a diet plan worth pay this much? When it works." I will admit, this is my second attempt at LA Weight Loss. The first time, I lost 55 pounds and went from 215 to 160lbs without exercising. I am down 22 lbs and counting. La Weight Loss Bars (http://laweightloss.diyhunter.com) are expensive, but I find that cost is not an issue by buying bars off eBay, there are always deals to be had there. I switch between bars and shakes. Don't give up on your quest to lose weight. What works for one may not work for all, but you have to try until you find what works for you. Here is my breakdown on what the LA Weight Loss program is costing me. The LA Weight Loss Program fee didn't even come close the cost of my meds. Yes, I buy the bars, but I get them at a discount on eBay. I don't buy extra supplements or other "recommended" products and I'm doing just fine. If I don't meet my weight loss goal by the scheduled date, I continue on the weight loss plan until I do for free. After the first 3 meetings, no more meetings or schedules. LA Weight Loss center is costing me $5 week, but I did have to pay upfront for 1 year of the weight loss program and 1 year of maintenance. I had a detailed health history to customize a weight loss plan for me, it was not just a cookie cutter plan that fits all thing. One of the best investments I made was the LA Weight Loss cookbook. Written for single servings, you can make individual portions, which is really convenient. I also love the LA Weight Loss bars. They are fantastic and the best soy protein bars ever. I eat two a day, it's like eating candy bars and totally blocks my cravings for sweets. As for the reports of high pressure sales, what other weight loss program out there even gives you the opportunity to get 50% of your weight loss program cost back? So if you don't buy their supplements and stuff, you're out the program cost. The bottom line is that a diet or weight loss program has to work for you. Everyone has different needs, food cravings, and motivations. What works for you may not work for another. I tried Weight Watchers, South Beach and the Atkins Diet, among many others, and other people claimed how well they worked, but they didn't work for me.
