Well, I couldnt really complain about ATT in the beginning same as any other cell phone service for the most part although the rate plans were definitely higher than my previous carrier (cell one) which was bought out by ATT. My complaints started when my husband had to leave for Iraq and we placed his phone on military hold (seemed like a good idea at the time) so he would still have his phone number when he returned. The service suddenly changed, ATT took all of my rollover minutes and refuse to give them back and now I am going over minutes every month by a ridiculous amount yet I have the same minutes that I had with two phones on the plan and my husband using it full time as his only phone for work - how does this happen - one may never know..... seems quite odd to me considering I am definitely not using my phone any more than before he left.... I called customer service about this problem and was not helped at all with the situation - they could care less and assumed I should just keep "going over" my minutes every month and pay the ridiculous overage charges and to boot it would cost $175 per phone to cancel my plan with them - I am almost considering it with the amount of frustration this is causing.... ANY MILITARY FAMILIES STAY AWAY FROM ATT they do not care about the military or their families.
