I didn't receive the book for about two weeks when I started to worry whether or not I was going to get it. The status of my book even read as completed. Turns out Ecampus never sent the funds to the bookseller, so the bookseller refused to send it, even though ecampus had already charged my credit card. I had to send a number of emails to ecampus and to the book seller in order to find this information out. I tried to call their customer service and they told me that they couldn't answer questions because it was under the marketplace? They just told me to send another email. They sent me in circles trying to find out about my book. They are now crediting my account and I'm not sure if I'm going to receive a full refund or not. Absolutely ridiculous and terrible customer service. I will never use this website again. I'm not sure if this was a one time thing or they are actually a scam. I did order two books prior to this order and received one on time, and the other took much longer than it should have. There seems to be a lack of communication and funds between ecampus and the booksellers.
